Zeenu is a planet that Sheen lands onto in Planet Sheen after stealing Jimmy's rocket. It is four million and one light years away from Earth, and serves as the main setting of the spin-off.
It is inhabited by aliens known as the Zeenuians and The Emperor is the ruler of the planet. Dorkus was his former royal adviser until he was impressed by Sheen and gave him the position of the royal adviser. It is mainly colored green and has a spike in the middle. It is located four million and one light years away from Earth.

- Planet Sheen is similar to Planet Hulk, where Hulk is sent to an uninhabited planet through a rocket.
- In the final "Back at the Barnyard" episode "Aliens!!!", Zeenu can be seen during the opening theme.
- The name Zeenu may be a reference to Xenu, a alien deity from Scientology, mostly because of how both names are spelled.
