Ultra Lord is a fictional character within the franchise. He is a superhero, the star of his own TV series, which Sheen is obsessed with. In the show, Robo-Fiend is Ultra Lord's arch-nemesis, but Sheen often says that he fought other enemies like the Predatrous Plants, the Z-bot, or Megalon. Jimmy and Sheen helped Ultra Lord fight Robo-Fiend in his video game one time. Numerous pieces of Ultra Lord merchandise have been seen throughout the franchise, mostly action figures with various features and functions including differently colored outfits, although purple or blue variants seem to be more common.
Trivia
- Ultra Lord’s outfits are modeled off the Chevorlet Impala, namely the 40`s, 50`s and 60`s-era models. Even the cancelled TV series would`ve had his secret identity be an automechanic named Joey Impala.
- In the episode where Evil Jimmy cloned the Earth, Evil Sheen liked Robo-Fiend and hated Ultra Lord. Ironically, Evil Sheen was still wearing an Ultra Lord shirt instead of a Robo-Fiend shirt. This is probably because it would've taken too long for the producers to model one or they forgot to do it.
- Despite Sheen's obsession with Ultra Lord, he actually cares about Libby and his father more than him.
- Ultra Lord appears in the Planet Sheen episode "Cutting the Ultra-Cord", during Sheen's dream at the beginning of the episode.
- There was going to be an Ultra Lord spin-off TV series, but for some reason, it was cancelled, and that spin-off became Planet Sheen.[citation needed]
- Ultra Lord's theme song has a similar tune as the Spider-Man theme.

- Ultra Lord was born on Planet Mektar in Vector 8 of the Nebulon Galaxy.
- Ultra Lord's favorite mid-morning snack is a Nitrogen Bar and a Decaf Latte.
- When Ultra Lord blasted Robo-Fiend with his Ion Ray, Robo-Fiend said "Ow-ya!".
- His name and mask design could be a possible and obvious reference to the Japanese Tokusatsu hero Ultraman.
