The Mark II Version II Hover Car is a modified version of the Mark II Rocket that is Jimmy's mode of transportation when he goes on Earth adventures with his friends. It is made from a raft, a kiddie pool, a fan on the bottom to make it fly and some parts of the Mark II and has an assortment of controls and gadgets installed in it. One of them is an emergency missile launcher, which Sheen used to mistakenly sink a cruise ship.
