The Fairly OddParents!, sometimes referred to as Fairly OddParents or FOP, is an American animated television series created by Butch Hartman about the adventures of Timmy Turner, who is granted fairy godparents named Cosmo and Wanda. The series started out as cartoon segments that ran from September 4, 1998 to March 23, 2001. It was produced by Frederator Studios and Billionfold Inc. for the cable network Nickelodeon. The television series is distributed by MTV Networks. In 2009, Time magazine named the series one of the greatest television shows of all time. The sister shows to FOP are Danny Phantom, T.U.F.F. Puppy and Bunsen Is a Beast.
Connections with Jimmy Neutron[]
Butch Hartman collaborated with Keith Alcorn, Steve Oedekerk, and John A. Davis to create a series of crossover specials called the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour trilogy. The first one was made in 2004 and final two were made in 2006. The canoncity for the specials is up to debate.
