The Banjo Playing Boy is a boy, who plays the banjo and appears in "Who Framed Jimmy Neutron?" he lives in a tree near the prison in the episode. He probably used to be one of Bueford Lee Stormshuckle's prisoners, and somehow managed to escape. He calls Jimmy, Sheen, and Carl Talking Mushrooms. He is even good at playing his banjo. He uses a wooden computer, which is located in his Internet Cafe. He was voiced by Rob Paulsen.

He wears a straw hat, old and torn overalls, he is crosseyed, white pale skin, brown hair, blue eyes, and is bare footed. He has a classic banjo, and his top middle front teeth are bucked.
