The Sweat Spray is one of Jimmy Neutron's inventions, which appears in the season 1 episode, Jimmy on Ice. It was used to get rid of the sunblock that was keeping Retroville below freezing.
After he found out that the sunblock wasn't waterproof, Jimmy groups up the people who is able to sweat the most in town and asks them to run as quick as possible, allowing Jimmy to make the Sweat Spray.
