Seymour Nimmelfarb is the "Official Smart Guy on Campus" at Pomona Tech that appears in "Jimmy Goes to College".
Background[]
Seymour was jealous that Jimmy was stealing his thunder, so he framed Jimmy for many things that he didn't do, which got him expelled. Later, he stole Jimmy's unstable molecule machine and made it more dangerous. Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen saved the day, while Seymour was expelled for putting the whole college in danger, framing Jimmy for numerous disasters, and sabotaging his work. Seymour worries it will go on his permanent record, as Carl and Sheen throw toilet paper at him. It is unknown what happened to Seymour afterward.
Appearance[]
Seymour is a teenager with combed black hair, round black glasses, and a big nose. He wears a white shirt under a brown and yellow checkered vest, a red bow tie, a black belt, dark green pants, and brown shoes. Seymour's eyes have modeled in a similar way to many other characters with glasses, like Carl.

- Seymour is kind of a male/college student counterpart to Cindy Vortex, as like Cindy he too is shown to be very jealous for Jimmy's high intellect; however, Seymour goes to extreme measures to do whatever he can to get Jimmy expelled even if it cost the endangerment of the campus.
- Seymour bears a strong resemblance to the boy that Jimmy accidentally ran into on his scooter in the film.
- It is unknown why he is not part of the League of Villains.
