Sea of Trouble is a VHS and DVD released by Paramount on October 7, 2003. The VHS version contains 5 select episodes from Season 1. The DVD version includes the same episodes with an additional 5 bonus episodes, as well as several bonus features.

- The DVD's intro and menu's are based off the featured episode, Raise the Oozy Scab.
- The previews from this DVD are the same previews as SpongeBob SquarePants: Tide and Seek, All Grown Up: Growing Up Changes Everything, and NickToons Halloween 2003 DVD.
- This release only appears in the trailer containing the announcer saying, "Now available on VHS and DVD, the Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius is blasting off.".
