Intro and Outro Voice: Jimmy Neutron boy genius in! Sea minus
Jimmy slides down the stair rail in his old movie design, while also wearing snorkeling goggles. He also only has four fingers instead of five.
Judy: Jimmy! Aren’t you supposed to be doing your oceanography report?
Jimmy: Yeah, mom I’m working on it.
Hugh who has the same voice as the intro outro voice walks through the living room a ladder underarm. He’s wearing a suit rather than his sweater vest and tie of the show and movie.
Hugh: Life at the bottom of the ocean great topic son!
Jimmy: Thanks dad.
Hugh: Gotta fix this leak.
Judy: Don’t you think you should get started Jimmy?
Jimmy begins to fiddle with Goddard’s mechanics, a jet propulsion system is attached to his sides.
Jimmy: Already did mom.
Hugh: Oh! Pickle. I can't do a thing about this leak from here. I’ll have to go topside.
Jimmy frantically drops his screwdriver and gestures for his father to stop.
Jimmy: I wouldn’t do that!
Hugh: How come?
As Hugh opens the door a tidal wave of ocean water floods in the house.
All three: AAAH!
A shot of the house its walkway and the driveway at the seas floor is shown. A few fish swim by.
Judy: Jimmy next time you use your matter transporter to move the house, it would be nice if you warned us first.
Jimmy: Okay.
He swims away with Goddard. Hugh is at the front door a giant fish is trying to eat him only his legs are visible.
Hugh: Honey! I met the new neighbors! They want to have us for dinner!
