S. Scott Bullock (born May 7, 1956) is an American actor who voiced King Goobot in The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, replacing Patrick Stewart. He's an American voice actor. He voiced Dashiell "Dash" Baxter on Danny Phantom.
