The Reach Out and Touch A Friend Program is a business started by Sheen that helps people connect with their friends for just $4 a month. This business was only seen in the episode, "The Feud". The business mainly specializes on friends connecting with each other by either sending each other themed secret messages or arranging secret meetings. On one occasion during the episode, Sheen forgets to send Hugh a message from Sam at the Candy Bar, which reveals that Sam had Hugh's lawn lopper the whole time, and the Neutrons and Wheezers had started the feud for nothing. Everyone had beaten him up because of this, and the business isn't seen again in the future, hinting that it might have closed after said incident.
