Phil is the guitarist for Retroville's most popular band, Graystar, who was featured in the episodes "Attack of the Twonkies" and "The Tomorrow Boys" and in the GameCube game, Jimmy Neutron: Attack of the Twonkies.
He also appears with Dylan and Kevin in "Jimmy Goes to College" where they are seen as high school students and "Incredible Shrinking Town" where they are seen in the background while Butch and Nick choose basketball teams.
Appearance[]
Phil is a pale-skinned teenager with brown eyes and short brown hair and wide ears. He wears a black short-sleeved shirt with the word "ROCKIN" written in white over a white drawing of a real man, he also wears blue jeans and black and white shoes. In the game, his appearance is almost identical, except that he has green eyes instead of brown and the design of the outfit has been removed.
