Orlando is a student at Lindbergh Elementary School who only appeared in the Gamecube game, Jimmy Neutron: Attack of the Twonkies, where he and Lewis are surrounded by the Twonkies in the school cafeteria, but are saved by Jimmy. He did not have any lines in the game.

Orlando is a boy with blond hair combed forward and has small blue eyes, he wears orange glasses and wears a light blue shirt with darker sleeves with white stripes on the sides, he also wears dark blue pants and orange boots and white.

- Orlando is the only character in the Jimmy Neutron who has tiny blue eyes instead of black.
