Oleander is a supporting character in the franchise. He is one of Jimmy's classmates who attends Lindbergh Elementary School.

Oleander is a Norwegian-American boy with light brown curly hair with a weird hairstyle, he wears round black glasses, a big yellow shirt with a black stripe in the middle and in the sleeves, black pants, white socks and black and white shoes.

After the adults disappeared, Oleander hijacked the news with Wendel/Bennie to inform that the kids are suffering without their parents. He joins Jimmy and the kids to rescue their parents by travelling to Yolkus. Oleander aids in taking down the Yolkains and rescuing the kidnapped parents.

Oleander bullied by Butch
In See Jimmy Run, Oleander is one of the kids who Jimmy sends flying off the school's merry-go-round when his running shoes invention goes out of control.
In Trading Faces, Oleander is bullied by Butch Pakovski when Jimmy in Cindy's body calls out that Oleander is one of the boys she has a crush on, much to his delight.
In Hall Monster, Oleander is one of the kids who fears Jimmy when he becomes hall monitor.
In Hypno-Birthday To You, Oleander attends all of Jimmy's birthdays. He is one of the three kids alongside Amber and Kevin to taunt Mr. Giggles for reusing old tricks and demands to see new tricks.

In Krunch Time, Oleander is a part of his class in demanding Jimmy to give him more of his addictive candy, which he becomes addicted until the end of the episode.
In Safety First, Oleander is seen cheering for Jimmy after he got the Nanobots to scare off Terry Finster.
In Party at Neutron's, Oleander attends Jimmy's house party where he is chased by Ike Wilderman who has with a green gun.
In Broadcast Blues, Oleander is one of the audiences for Lindbergh Elementary Public Access Show. He cheers at Cindy, Libby and Brittany's dancing while sleeping at Jimmy's show about science.
Season 2[]

In Return of the Nanobots, Oleander and Tina were corrected by the Nanobots for bad posture. He is later deleted by the Nanobots and Sheen remarks that Oleander owned him 53 cents. Jimmy later reverses the deletion and Oleander returns to reality off-screen.
In Holly Jolly Jimmy, Oleander and Jimmy's class join Ms Fowl in singing about Santa Claus to Jimmy.
In Love Potion 976/J, Oleander is revealed to be dating Emily. He tries making a macaroni card for her but passes out from the paste which he said makes him feel "woozy." He later joins the Candy Bar kids to sing along with Cindy about the perfect Valentine.
In Out, Darn Spotlight, Ike picks up a "Macbeth in Space" script and tells Oleander it was written by Principal Willoughby and William Shakespeare. Oleander replies: "Isn't he the custodian?"
Season 3[]

In Attack of the Twonkies, Oleander was tricked by Libby into signing a petition to get Graystar to perform in town, claiming she told him it was petition to build a community center. Oleander takes one of the baby Twonkies from Carl despite Jimmy's protests. He is apart of the Lindbergh School Chorus rehearsal that was stopped by Cindy. He is seen dancing at Graystar's concert and later performing the School Chorus for Retroville's new library.
In The Incredible Shrinking Town, Oleander is seen in a flashback where he laughs at Jimmy for being the shortest for the class photo. Oleander was accidentally turned tiny with the entire town by Jimmy but he later reverses the process.

- He was simply named "Anchor Boy" in the credits of the movie. In the show, he was finally given a name in the credits of Hypno-Birthday To You as Oleander. His name was mentioned by Jimmy for the first time in Trading Faces.
- Oleander has a total of 5 speaking roles in the series, which are:
- The name "Oleander" is of Greek origin (meaning "evergreen tree"), and is also the name of a poisonous evergreen shrub in the dogbane family, Apocynaceae.
- Oleander has a girlfriend named Emily, as revealed in "Love Potion 976/J".
- Although Oleander is one of Jimmy's classmates, he is rarely seen in classroom scenes as his table is normally empty. The only episodes where he is seen inside Jimmy's classroom is Love Potion 976/J and Attack of the Twonkies. Him being in the class picture in The Incredible Shrinking Town furthers proves he is in Jimmy's class. Either he is mostly absent or transferred classes between episodes.
