She is an elderly lady who lives in Retroville and is one of the oldest citizens at 102 years old.

Season 1[]
"Oh, what can I do for you sonny?"
In Birth of a Salesman, she was the first person to open her door to Jimmy who wanted to sell candy. Because Jimmy spoke lots of big words, she got frustrated and slammed the door on him.
In Granny Baby, she heard Granny Neutron (as a baby) talk, which caused her and some citizens to chase Jimmy and Cindy. Jimmy tricked them into thinking she had a string on the back, which made them leave in anger. They went to Cindy's yard sale across the street instead.
In Crime Sheen Investigation, she is sitting at a park bench when Sheen lifts it up in search of his missing Ultralord figure, causing her to slide off.
In The Eggpire Strikes Back, she can be seen fleeing when the Yolkian's Chicken Ship starts invading Retroville.

In Grumpy Young Men, she was at the Candy Bar when an elderly Sheen and Carl were challenged to a dance off. She started dancing with the other elderly people as well.
In Holly Jolly Jimmy, she is sitting with Lucky Joe at a park bench when Hugh Neutron gives them both pies.
In Love Potion 976/J, Sheen pointed a broom at her which made her scream and flee slowly on her old legs.
In Out, Darn Spotlight, she went to watch MacBeth in Space play at Lindbergh Elementary School. She got annoyed at Hugh Neutron being noisy during the performance and shushed him.

In Attack of the Twonkies, she is an audience for the School Chorus that was performing for the opening of Retroville's new library.
In My Big Fat Spy Wedding, she was one of the guests for the wedding of Jet Fusion and Beautiful Gorgeous.
In The Incredible Shrinking Town, she was accidentally turned into a tiny human with the entire town by Jimmy. She can be seen using a skateboard with other citizens to traverse the town. Jimmy later reverses the process, and she returns to normal size.
In Lady Sings the News, Carl announced on the news that Old Lady Nusbaum had turned 102 years old that same day.

In Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators!, she is one of the citizens caught by Shirley and poofed away to RetroDimmsdaleville where she was tortured with the other citizens.

- Birth of a Salesman is her only speaking appearance. But she can be briefly heard saying "Dance off!" in Grumpy Young Men, screaming in Love Potion 976/J and grumbling in Out, Darn Spotlight.
- Although she was named in the credits of Birth of a Salesman, her name was not mentioned in the show itself until Lady Sings the News, which ironically was an episode she does not appear in.
- A running gag in the series is that Old Lady Nusbaum runs extremely slow when she tries to be quick. This is seen in Granny Baby and Love Potion 976/J. However, she is seen running at normal speed in The Eggpire Strikes Back and Attack of the Twonkies.
- Her model was reused for Mrs Moran in Jimmy Goes to College, only with different clothes and earrings.
- Carl announced on the local news that she turned 102 years old in Lady Sings the News.
- When she was transported to RetroDimmsdaleville in Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3, her outfit became purple and she is missing her accessories for some reason.
