Mayor Quador is a supporting character in the franchise. He is the mayor of Retroville.
History
Season 1
In Normal Boy, the mayor asks Jimmy to save the town from the meteorite that's about to crash on Retroville.
Season 2
In Monster Hunt, the mayor has a meeting with the citizens to discuss what to do with the alleged lake monster that attacked Ms. Fowl and Sam Melvick. Cindy tries to prove its existence while Jimmy tries to prove it doesn't exist.
In Win, Lose and Kaboom!, the mayor has a meeting with the citizens to discuss what to do with the Space Rock. He is almost convinced by Jimmy's plea to let him study the rock for analysis at his lab but changes his mind after Cindy warns that they could suffer the same scenario with the Yolkians.
Season 3
In The Incredible Shrinking Town, the mayor is about to award Jimmy for saving the town from the Space Bandits with a trophy award, but Cindy appears on stage and convinces everyone that the shrinking problem was Jimmy's fault (when it was actually Coach Gruber who caused it in the first place). The mayor responds by slicing the award in half with a chainsaw for Jimmy and Cindy respectively.
In Best in Show, the mayor awards Goddard a Retroville Trophy of Honor after he saves Cindy Vortex and Humphrey from being hit by his fast-driving car, ironically.
In The League of Villains, the mayor and the entire town was accidentally sent back in time by Hugh. He is seen trying to calm the citizens down. Jimmy later reverses the process, and the mayor returns to the future off-screen.
