Mindy is a background girl who only appeared in the movie "Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius", where she is seen laughing at a boy that Jimmy accidentally dropped on the street. She also made an appearance in the game The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius: Attack of the Twonkies, where she can be seen at the beginning of the game, watching Jimmy's presentation, she can also be seen in the main menu, playing on the swing with Lewis.

Mindy is a pale-skinned girl with brown eyes and short black hair. She wears dark brown glasses and wears a cyan, green shirt with darker sleeves and shorts in the same color, she also wears white socks, brown shoes and has a bow in the same color as the shirt on the left side of her hair.
