"Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators!" is the 3rd and final Jimmy Timmy Power Hour.

Plot[]

Jimmy upgrades his Wormhole Generator alongside his friends Carl and Sheen and uses it to discover that Timmy, after discovering that Chester and A.J. are too busy to hang out with him, is coming to Retroville to see Cindy. The two boys fight until they find that Cindy is out of town on a spa treatment with her family, whereupon they decide to become best friends and forget about their respective friends, making them all jealous.

Jimmy and Timmy decide to go and fight villains together, and after defeating Jimmy's enemy, Eustace, along with his Tripod, and beating the Crimson Chin's archenemies, they believe they can make a great team, so they create the greatest evil villain, which they design in Jimmy’s lab and downloaded the classic physio-structure of evil for their creation and they later name him, Shirley. Unfortunately, Timmy mess up big time and programed their creation ADAPTABLE instead of ADOPTABLE, when Wanda suggests they make him adoptable.

When Cindy gets back from her vacation early, due to her mom having an allergic reaction to her seaweed wrap, Carl, Sheen, Libby, Chester and A.J. tell how they’ve been ignored, and they ask her to break apart Jimmy and Timmy's bond with each other, so they get back to their old friends, and Carl and Sheen could leave Libby alone, but when Cindy tries to get the boys to fight over her, she gets ignored by them and gets ejected out of the lab.

When Jimmy and Timmy brought Shirley to life, he didn’t came of as evil they build him to be, as they were too busy selecting his powers and weapons they forget to make him evil. So, they try to find ways to make him "the greatest villain of all time," including golf bar hits that throw him from Dimmsdale into the Palace of Westminster in London and the Leaning Tower of Pisa, they become more and more annoyed until finally they abandon him at a mall to work on a new villain. At this point, Shirley realizes he has been abandoned and turns evil.

He chases after Timmy and Jimmy, who fire lasers at Shirley, and then finds out instead of typing in "Adoptable" into the computer which created Shirley, like Wanda had suggested, they had typed in "Adaptable," as Shirley deflects their attacks with "anti-laser bracelets." After the fighting gets out of hand, and Jimmy and Timmy discover how out of control the evil Shirley is, they hit the button to self-destruct Shirley. Realizing he's about to be destroyed, Shirley reaches inside of his robotic body and tears out a small bomb, which he hurls into the air seconds before it explodes. Angered even more by this, Shirley captures the two, absorbs Jimmy's brain and Cosmo and Wanda's wands, causing him to become even more powerful. Jimmy and Timmy try to ditch the villain by tricking him to go to Rertoville to find them, which they come up with a plan to stop him.

Angered by getting his feelings hurt by Jimmy and Timmy, he comes with a diabolical plan to create his own universe named "Retrodimmsdaleville", destroying the other universes in the process by causing vacuums to destroy them. He believes that his only friends are Wanda, Cosmo, Cindy, Carl, Sheen, Libby, Chester, and A.J., as they all refuse to help Jimmy and Timmy and won’t forgive them for ignoring them. Shirley then kidnaps Jimmy as Timmy and treated the residents of Dimmsdale and Rertoville as his new toys by using them as card games and dominos.

After Jimmy and Timmy got back together with their friends, after they had listen to them worrying about their lives, they decide to help them by getting rid of Shirley’s colossal size, his weapons, and his powers. Sheen and A.J. play with the villain in a game of basketball and he shrinks himself after realizing he is too big to play. Cindy then brings him to a restaurant and Libby makes him get rid of all of his weapons. Thanks to a distraction by Jimmy and Timmy, Chester traps him in a butterfly net, causing him to be trapped and spit out Cosmo and Wanda's wands to escape from the net. At this point, the now-restored fairies, at Timmy's behest, are able to negate Shirley's super strength, and he becomes crushed by a car when trying to throw it.

When Hugh, Judy, Sam, Mr. and Mrs. Turner and the rest townspeople of both universes attempt violence on the weakened villain, the two boys explain everything and give Shirley a tearful apology. After the universe is restored, Shirley becomes an unconventional pizza restaurant owner, and Jimmy gets his brains back, but not before Cindy forces Jimmy to say "You're smarter than me" a number of times.

Timmy: What the heck's a Eustace Strych?
Cosmo: I know. I got it once from eating bad clams, but then I threw up, and I felt much better.
Jimmy: He's not an allergic reaction! He's the town's richest kid!

Libby: (to Cindy) Now that you're back you can get Neutron and Turner fighting again so that everything can go back to normal.
Cindy: Oh, you can bet they won't ignore me. I'm like catnip to those boys.
Sheen: They poop on you in a box?
Cindy: That's kitty litter, you idiot!

Jimmy: Nice try villain, but now I'm surrounded by lethal electronic components which I can use to make (Runs over to Monster Trucks poster) Monster truck rally! Oh, no! My genius, it must be gone! But who cares? THE BIG TRUCKS IS GONNA EAT THE LITTLE TRUCKS!

Trivia[]

DVD Cover

DVD Cover

  • This was intended to be the series finale of both Fairly OddParents and Jimmy Neutron and actually was originally intended to be aired much later, during The Fairly OddParents special event called "The 77 Secrets of Timmy Turner", on July 7, 2007.
    • Rumor has it Jimmy Neutron was going to have a fourth and final season and was cancelled due to DNA Productions' closing as the result of the lackluster performance of The Ant Bully. However, this is mostly a misconception. The real reason is because Nickelodeon couldn’t afford to continue the show given how expensive it was, due to the financial failure of Danny Phantom’s Ultimate Enemy special. [1]
    • Meanwhile, Fairly OddParents was later renewed for a sixth season that aired in 2008 until it ended 5 seasons later in 2017.
  • This is the only Jimmy Timmy Power Hour special in which Goddard (unless you count the intro) and Jorgen Von Strangle don't appear, although the former is in the intro with Cosmo and Wanda on his back just like the last two Jimmy Timmy Power Hour episodes. Interestingly, Jorgen was credited even though he never appears. This might indicate he was in a deleted scene.
  • This is also the only Jimmy Timmy Power Hour special released only on DVD, unless one finds a demo VHS for it, since Paramount still continues to make demo VHS tapes till 2008, ending with Ghost Town.
  • Judy's voice actor was uncredited.
  • Everyone and everything that was transported into RetroDimmsdaleville was drawn in The Fairly OddParents animation.
  • Due to DNA Productions being in the process of shutting down, they were very limited in how much they could animate. This is why most of the special takes place in the FOP universe/art style and scenes in the JN universe are short and limited in scope. Which is also the reason why Jimmy and Cindy are the only characters to be seen in their world at the end, while the others remain in Timmy's world.
  • If you look real closely, the kids in the background that are screaming after Shirley poofed the school to RetroDimmsdaleville and before them, are Ike, Butch, Rose, Bolbi, Brittany, Courtney Tyler, Betty Quinlan, Kevin, and Nick. However, Butch is the only one of them seen in it and the other eight are strangely not.
  • Captain Betty makes a cameo on the billboard that Jimmy and Timmy hit.
  • When Sam was in RetroDimmsdaleville, his name tag was missing. Also, when Mrs. Fowl is in Retrodimmsdaleville, her dress colors were swapped.
  • This is the second time the music of Raymond Scott's Powerhouse (famous for being heard in numerous Looney Tunes cartoons) is heard. The first was in "Return of the Nanobots".
  • AJ shouts out at one point "The future girl's mine!" a reference to the Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney duet "The Girl Is Mine" and the Brandy and Monica duet "The Boy Is Mine".
  • Shirley says, "The villain whose name isn't Shirley" a reference to "The Artist Formerly Known as Prince".
  • This is the second time Jimmy's brain gets drained. The first was in "Normal Boy".
    • Unlike that episode, Jimmy doesn't become as stupid as he was in that episode. However, at the same time, he isn't seen getting his brains back at the end, but it's a given he did.
  • When Jimmy uses the horn in the monster truck, the sound is the dixie horn from the Dukes of Hazard series.
  • Goddard is absent in this episode. In fact, this is the last episode to date where Goddard didn't appear.
  • This episode resolved the conflict between the strain in Jimmy and Cindy's relationship, as Cindy struggled to adjust to being the one with the town hero, believing at first, he didn't care about her as much as she thought, until Jimmy admitted he was willing to sacrifice himself to save her and everyone.[1]
  • This is the only episode to have a 2006 copyright date.
  • An online game based off this short was released on Nick.com

Goofs[]

  • There are lots of clones of the characters during the domino chain scene in RetroDimmsdaleaville.
  • In one scene just before kidnapping the citizens in Retroville, the fire on Shirley's head is missing.
  • Although Martha Wheezer and Amber were seen being "poofed" into RetroDimmsdaleaville by Shirley, both do not appear in that dimension at all.
  • Sharpay Folfax is listed twice in the credits, under both "Mrs. Folfax" and "Libby's Mom".
