The "I Can't Believe It's Not Oil 9000" was supposed to be Jimmy's entry for the school science fair in the episode The Science Fair Affair. It is able to mulch garbage into a clean-burning substitute for oil. A scientific achievement that would've earned Jimmy a Junior Nobel Prize, had it not been for the invention's flaw for mistaking dirty humans for garbage.
