"Foul Bull" is the first segment of the 16th episode in the season 2 of The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.
Summary[]
During a class trip to a rodeo outside of Retroville, Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen fall for a cute cowgirl, Sagebrush Sally. To prove themselves worthy of Sally's heart, each of the boys set out to master a specific rodeo talent. Sheen turns himself into a rodeo clown and Carl wrestles a pig, but it's Jimmy who comes out the victor with his impressive bull riding and fool proof robotic bull, of course. Once the bull malfunctions however, the boys need the help of a real cowboy to save the day. That cowboy, or cowgirl, turns out to be none other than Ms. Fowl. Sally gets disappointed at Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen for lying and decides to go hang out with Cindy and Libby. The boys get confused about what they did wrong and guess this might be why they don't like girls, so they decide to forget about them and go to the Candy Bar for some Purple Flurp.

Trivia[]
- The name of this episode is a pun on “Foul ball”.
- This is the first episode to feature one of Jimmy's side love-interests that is not Betty Quinlan. The second will be "Win, Lose and Kaboom!".
- This episode and the other said episode are also the only two episodes to feature another one of the side love interests of Jimmy other than Betty.
- Miss Fowl had a horse named Wheat Germ.
- Hugh and Judy don't appear in this episode.
- The way Ms. Fowl lands after destroying the robot bull is the same way Trinity lands in The Matrix Reloaded.
- A clip from this episode can be seen in the third season’s intro.
- Sagebrush Sally's model was later recycled for Elke Elkberg in "Carl Wheezer, Boy Genius".
- Coincidentally, Elke Elkberg and Sagebrush Sally are both voiced by Grey Griffin.
- Mr. Giggles appears in this episode as a Rodeo Clown. He was last seen in "Hypno-Birthday To You".
- The scene in which Cindy says "If I ever get the hots for that idiot Jimmy, just lock me up" is when Libby realizes that Cindy likes Jimmy.
- The way Cindy denies her crush on Jimmy is similar to a scene in the Back at the Barnyard (O Entertainment's other produced Nicktoon show) episode "Abby and Veronica", when Abby and Bessy have the exact same conversation when Veronica flirts with Otis and his friends. Coincidentally, both Veronica and Sagebrush Sally are voiced by Grey Griffin.
- This is the second episode where Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen briefly flirt with a female. The first was Operation: Rescue Jet Fusion.
- Sagebrush Sally is the only one of Jimmy's three side love interests that actually gets angry at Jimmy (not counting Betty Quinlan's cameos in "Krunch Time" and Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2: When Nerds Collide), or they officially end their crush towards each other, unlike Betty Quinlan and April the Gorlock, who are kind to him at all costs.
- This is the second time in the show the agreement of regarding dislike of girls was brought up. The first was "Out, Darn Spotlight".
- Coincidentally, both episodes feature side love-interests of Jimmy.
- This is also the third overall time the agreement is brought up, counting the movie, which is the first overall time it was brought up.
- It's also the only time some else brings it up with Jimmy other than Carl. In this case, it's Sheen.
- Although this episode was released in 2004, you can actually see "Copyright 2003 Viacom International, Inc." at the end of the credits. This means that the episode was produced in 2003.
