Mr. Giggles is an Entertainment Clown in Retroville. He is a Clown-For-Hire and partakes in events such as birthday parties and rodeos. He is voiced by Ben Stein.

Appearance

Mr. Giggles is a clown with multicolored hair to the side of his head. He has the standard bald clown head and has a little miniature hat on top of his head. He wears suspenders, and his overalls have red stars on it. He has large clown sized shoes. He also wears gloves.

His debut is in Hypno-Birthday To You. He is hired by the Neutrons to perform at Jimmy's party. However, due to Jimmy's Hypnobeam, he soon runs out of new tricks to do. Later in the episode, he moves into Jimmy's room, due to Jimmy going off to college for his 18th birthday and for the Neutron's to gain some money they spent on all of Jimmy's parties. He also hands out an invoice to them.

He appears again briefly in Foul Bull. We see him carrying a gallon barrel when Sheen realizes he wants to become a Rodeo Clown to impress Sagebush Sally.
