Evil Winifred Fowl (Or Evil Ms. Fowl) is Ms. Fowl's evil clone and one of the inhabitants of Evil Earth.

She looks and sounds exactly like Good Ms. Fowl, but unlike Good Ms. Fowl, she is a very evil woman who loves seeing the kids in her class act evil and rude. Evil Cindy said for example “Thank you, ugly!” to her and she didn’t replied on that insult.
She also loves to shoot people in her classroom. She complimented Jimmy when he tied up and electroshocked Evil Cindy and Evil Libby with their own jumper cables, but then he thanked her; which is a sign of major disrespect on Evil Earth, so she sends the evil students after Jimmy and kill him.
