Evil Carl is Carl's evil clone and one of the inhabitants of Evil Earth.

He looks and sounds exactly like Normal Carl, but unlike Normal Carl, he is a very wicked boy who is a tough bully and is extremely cruel towards everyone in his path. He seems to be very powerful in the Evil School. He was about to beat up Good Jimmy (who was disguised as Evil Jimmy), when Evil Sheen showed up and showed them his new Robo Fiend action figure. He then pushed Jimmy into the classroom. He then joins Evil Ms. Fowl and the rest of the evil kids to kill Jimmy when he accidentally acts polite. After Jimmy undoes the duplication process, Evil Jimmy sucks all of the Evil Earth into the Dark Matter Dimension to prevent it from fading and trap Good Jimmy on it.
In the planned season four episode Deep Impacts, Evil Carl and the rest of the clones in Evil Jimmy’s class would've escaped from the Dark Matter Dimension and attacked Jimmy and his class, who were on a school field trip to an asteroid.
