Ebenezer Wheezer is Carl's overweight father, who is married to Carl's Mother, Martha Wheezer. He has red hair and a mustache. He often breaks his scapula along with his son. He also wears brown glasses, a tan short-sleeved shirt, short pants with a brown belt, and brown shoes. Carl noticeably resembles him.
In the episode The Feud it is revealed that he adores cats the same way that Hugh Neutron adores ducks.
He is voiced by Rob Paulsen.
