The Dark Matter Power Chip was the chip Evil Jimmy put in Jimmy's Flux Field Duplicator to give the Earth's clone a sinister appearance and make everybody on it just as evil as him. After Jimmy undid the duplication process, Evil Jimmy broke the chip to suck Evil Earth into the dark matter dimension so it wouldn’t fade, and the real Jimmy would be trapped with him and everyone else on Evil Earth. Luckily, Jimmy was able to escape in his rocket, leaving Evil Jimmy and the entire cloned planet trapped.
