Cookie Time is a Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius short.
Plot
Jimmy tries to get cookies, but to have Brussels sprouts for dinner, his mother tells him just one cookie. Jimmy uses his latest invention, the Quantum Replay to repeat in four times.
