Charles "Chuck" Lester is Welsh-American boy. He has a slender, fair skin, police-like hat, green sunglasses, black hair, yellow t-shirts, and dark blue pants. He is a sadistic and cold-hearted hall monitor who moved away to Greece in the episode Hall Monster and was replaced by Jimmy. However, in the next season, he can be seen in the outfield in The Retroville 9. All students at Lindbergh Elementary School are afraid of him, as he is ruthless with rules. He also appears in Out, Darn Spotlight as the laser spear that Sheen hold just shoot a laser at Chuck's hat.
