Chip is a common background character during the 2nd and 3rd seasons. His personality is very similar to that of Skeet, with him referring to people such as Jimmy with "dude". He appears as the holographic camp counselor in the episode "A Beautiful Mine", where he informs Jimmy Neutron's parents that he'll be sending them a "totally excellent" report on Jimmy's report on the "camp activities". He appears in the episode "Best in Show ", where he owns a pet monkey. He works at the Candy Bar as an employee, as seen in "Lady Sings the News".
Trivia
- Chip has the exact same model, voice actor, and even voice as the McSpanky's Employee, Skeet. Because of this he is often mistaken as Skeet's twin brother, or even Skeet himself, but blonde.
