Chelsea is the leader of the most popular Retroville band, Graystar, which was featured in the episodes "Attack of the Twonkies", "The Tomorrow Boys" and in the GameCube game "Jimmy Neutron: Attack of the Twonkies".
Appearance[]
Chelsea is a brown-eyed teenager with straight black hair with faded pink highlights, and dark rose colored lips. She wears black mascara, and she has a piercing on her right side of her nose. She wears a black tank top with a print of a yellow lightning bolt, blue jeans with a black studded belt. and brown and white sneakers. In the game, her design is only loosely based on her appearance in the show. The game-version of her has blue eyes and no highlights in her hair. Her clothes (like those of the other members of her band) are only poorly detailed and lack the lightning on her shirt and the the belt for her pants. Also, she is wearing pink lipstick.

- She bears a resemblance to Betty Quinlan and Beautiful Gorgeous, having similar facial features and dark hair in a very similar hairstyle.
- Chelsea made cameo appearance in the episodes Win, Lose and Kaboom! (before her official debut in the next episode) and Lights! Camera! Danger!, all the Candy Bar.
