The following is a transcript for the short Carl Squared.
Intro and Outro Voice: Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius in... Carl Squared.
Jimmy is in his lab with a baseball bat stamped with his insignia, his four fingers are very prominent from the first shot. He is dressed in his movie attire. He taps a plate on the floor of his lab, which looks smaller and less lab-like than in either the movie or show. It looks more akin to a basement. He raises the bat behind his head.
Jimmy: Okay, Goddard. right over the plate, boy.
Goddard spins his head and throws the ball, it moves up and down in the air wildly, even doing a little loop in the air. As it passes him Jimmy loses control of his bat and it starts to jerk him around
Jimmy: Ah!
He’s dragged across the lab by the bat which is chasing the hovering ball.
Jimmy: ga-hey! Aaheey!
The bat crashes getting bent out of shape from its collision.
Jimmy: Ah, gas planet! It still doesn’t work right.
Carl: Anything I can do to help Jimmy?
Carl leans in from a separate doorway a glass beaker in his hand. He drops it and it shatters everywhere.
Jimmy: Ah, no thanks Carl, I’ll be done in a bit. Just make yourself at home and don’t touch anything.
Carl: Oh, okay Jimmy I won't touch anything. -inhaler puff- I’ll just be over here not touching anything -sniff-.
Jimmy begins to work on the bat again.
Carl: Jimmy, do you have a tissue because I’m- I-I’m going to achoo! Oh, never mind.
Jimmy makes a face and continues to fiddle with the bat. Every time his screwdriver moves the little radial dish on top jerks in reaction.
Jimmy: Maybe it’s the triangulation sensors… w-what do you think Goddard?
Goddard: Seems logical captain.
His screwdriver hits something inside the bat and it jerks awake before hitting him in the head multiple times. Jimmy cries out in pain.
Jimmy: Ow!
Carl walks past from the left behind jimmy.
Carl 1: How’s it going’ Jim?
Jimmy: Really great Carl. Oh, wait here’s the problem!
Carl walks behind him again.
Car 2: Jimmy is baseball really America’s past time?
Jimmy: Yeah, I guess so Carl.
Goddard passes Jimmy a tool. Carl passes by again.
Carl 3: Why not air guitar?
Jimmy: Go figure.
Carl’s about to pass by again but stops.
Carl 4: Or pick up sticks?
Jimmy: I dunno.
Another Carl stands next to the previous one.
Carl 5: Hehe yeah making spit bubbles is kind of fun.
Jimmy: Mm-hm.
Jimmy realizes what’s been happening and turns to where all the Carl’s congregating.
Jimmy: Carl, have you been messing with the cloning machine again?
There are multiple Carls standing in the Lab even more than the five that walked behind jimmy before.
All Carls: No. not me. nuh-uh. you got the wrong guys.
