William Richard "Billy" West (born April 16, 1951) is an American voice actor and comedian best known for his voice-work in a number of television shows, films and commercials. He has done hundreds of voice-overs in his career. He played various characters on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, including Sam Melvick, Corky Shimatzu and Lars Svenson.
