Baby Quackers is a crazy toy with a baby doll's body and the same duck's head Hugh wears from the episode Party at Neutron's. It was built by Jimmy's dad, Hugh, and then improved by Jimmy in Fundemonium. When it was improved by Jimmy, it could walk, destroy stuff with heat vision and karate, and has state of the art wee wee transistors. It was then used to defeat the Malibu Death Machine when the Nanobots almost destroyed the entire town. She's voiced by Daran Norris, sounding similar to Cosmo from The Fairly OddParents!.
